Job Description

Trove Brands is a privately-held house of brands including BlenderBottle®, Owala®, Whiskware®, and Eco-Brite®. Our patented and best-selling products are designed to simplify and improve everyday life with leading-edge innovation, incomparable quality, and aspirational style.

A career at Trove Brands is not about punching the clock. It's about embracing exciting and fast-paced opportunities that sharpen your skills, drive innovation, and play an integral role in growing our global reach. Your work will not only impact the company, it will impact the lives of millions of people around the world. When you step up to a career at Trove, you step up to cutting-edge excellence. You sign up for bold action and invigorating synergy. You agree to face—and break through—new challenges every single day.

Join Trove Brands' International Marketing team and help grow Owala, BlenderBottle, and our other brands across the Canadian market. Based at our headquarters in Lehi, Utah, you'll help bring products to market through brand strategy, product launches, integrated campaigns, retail and DTC marketing, and consumer insights.

You'll work closely with Sales, Creative, Social, Digital, Product, and regional partners to translate global brand strategy into marketing that resonates with Canadian consumers.

You don't need previous Canadian market experience. We're looking first for someone with strong consumer brand marketing fundamentals who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience with Canada, international markets, or French language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and channel segmentation across regional retail and DTC channels.
  • Lead product and category launches, including merchandising narrative and campaign planning.
  • Optimize and execute integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams and regional partners.
  • Collaborate on the development, refinement and localization of packaging, assets, and marketing materials in partnership with creative and product teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, sell-through, consumer insights, market and category trends, product performance, and competitor activity by market and channel.
  • Provide training and resources for internal and partner teams, to support sell-in and post-launch success.
  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of target markets, regional opportunities, and effectively communicate competitive advantages.

Required Qualifications:

We're looking for a strategic, collaborative thinker who knows how to turn ideas into execution — and insights into impact.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, product marketing, regional marketing, shopper/channel marketing, or a related consumer marketing role.
  • Highly organized and action-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.
  • Team player, capable of managing relationships across functional areas and comfortable collaborating across functions, markets, and regional partners.
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading cross-functional product launches.
  • Commercial acumen and familiarity with both retail and direct-to-consumer models
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — with an ability to simplify and clarify
  • Data-fluent, with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategy

Desired Qualifications:

  • You do not need prior Canadian market experience—we're looking first for strong consumer brand marketing fundamentals. Experience with Canada or international markets is a plus.
  • French proficiency is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in consumer products, lifestyle, retail, or other product-based brands strongly preferred.

Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic. We value innovation through collaboration. And while we work smart and hard, we also connect and celebrate with equal gusto. We host team-building activities, athletic events, and seasonal celebrations to foster community and reward accomplishments. Bottom line? You'll love it here.

Among the many benefits our team members enjoy are:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care
  • 401k package with employer matching
  • Paid Time Off
  • Maternity/Paternity leave
  • Full indoor basketball/volleyball court
  • Fully equipped fitness center (cardio, weights, functional fitness area, lockers and showers, etc.)
  • Yoga studio
  • Meditation/Nap room
  • And much more!

Trove Brands is an equal opportunity employer.

Phone calls regarding this position are not accepted.

This is a fully in-office position at our HQ in Lehi, Utah.
