Matrix Solutions 2020 LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL! Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of residential and/or commercial spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, surfaces, and fixtures
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and liners as needed
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and proper usage/safety
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
