Our client, a premier global creative agency is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Client Accountant to join our Philadelphia office. In this role, you will manage full project accounting for major client accounts while collaborating with finance teams across our international network.

• Project & Client Accounting: Oversee end-to-end project financials, manage client billings, and partner with A/R analysts on monthly reporting and collections.
  
• Accounts Payable: Manage vendor setups, code payables, and coordinate with corporate treasury to ensure seamless payment processing.
  
• Budget Tracking: Partner with business teams to review project budgets, manage rebillable expenses, and handle final project reconciliations and closures.
  
• Corporate Support: Assist with month-end close duties, record revenue and expense journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  
• 3+ years of general accounting experience. 
  
• Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP accounting software is a major plus.
  
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to balance multiple client deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
