Compensation

• $75,000 Annual Salary
• 1% Performance Bonus Opportunity on Every Project
• Bonuses are earned based on achieving our Project Manager Scorecard expectations, customer experience, communication, quality, and job performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Project Manager, you'll own your projects from the time production begins until the final payment is collected.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project.
• Providing exceptional communication before, during, and after installation.
• Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently.
• Ordering, delivering, or picking up materials when necessary.
• Pulling and dumping dump trailers when needed.
• Visiting job sites throughout the day to ensure quality and safety standards are being met.
• Solving problems quickly and professionally.
• Managing project schedules while keeping customers informed.
• Completing documentation and project updates within our CRM.
• Collecting final payment and ensuring customer satisfaction before closing the project

Our Project Managers often manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing customer communication, subcontractor coordination, material needs, and unexpected challenges.

The Reality of the Role

Let's be honest...

This isn't a typical Monday-Friday, 8-to-5 job.

Our goal is always to operate Monday through Friday, but Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate.

Weather delays, customer needs, production schedules, and seasonal demand sometimes require flexibility.

During our busy season, there will be early mornings, long days, and occasionally evenings or weekends to ensure our customers receive the level of service they've come to expect.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to use technology and CRM software.
• Roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling experience preferred. xhyhwjd
