As part of a smaller, collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations, helping ensure products are received, organized, and shipped accurately and efficiently.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, values teamwork, and wants to be recognized for their contributions in an environment where every team member plays an important role.What You'll DoReceive incoming shipments by inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities, and recording materials using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).Prepare outbound shipments by selecting, packing, labeling, and staging products for delivery or transfer.Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Maintain organized inventory through stocking, order picking, and inventory management activities.Utilize MRP systems, including AS400, and warehouse distribution software to update shipment and inventory records.Assist with order fulfillment, ensuring customer and internal orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.Complete shipping and receiving documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Perform routine warehouse inspections and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.Follow all company safety procedures and report concerns immediately.What We're Looking ForExperience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, stocking, order picking, or packing is a huge plus.Ability, or willingness to learn, to safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.Strong basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipment quantities.Knowledge of packaging techniques to protect products during transit.Experience with order fulfillment in warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce environments is preferred.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.Commitment to maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.Why You'll Love This OpportunityCompetitive pay based on experience First-shift schedule for work-life balance Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Small, supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day Hands-on role with variety and growth potential
