As a leader in the home furnishings industry, Regency Management Services is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Retail Visual Display Merchandiser to help bring our showrooms to life. In this role, you'll create and maintain visually compelling displays that elevate the guest experience, support sales, and showcase the Ashley Furniture brand. What You’ll Do Partner with store leadership and team members to create and maintain a consistent 5-Star Guest Experience across all showroom locations. Supervise and work alongside Material Handlers to build, assemble, and position furniture and fixtures. Execute and maintain corporate visual merchandising standards, policies, and brand guidelines. Set showroom displays, execute floor sets, and maintain merchandising displays and planograms. Create visually compelling showroom presentations that enhance the customer shopping experience. Assist with training new team members on visual merchandising standards and display expectations. Support administrative functions and special visual merchandising projects as needed. Candidates should have a strong understanding of retail visual standards, merchandising techniques, product presentation, floor sets, and creating engaging customer experiences. Passion for interior design, home furnishings, visual merchandising, or fashion. Strong creative ability with an eye for design and presentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Ability to work within established brand standards and company guidelines. Physical Requirements Fine manipulation of hands and fingers. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds of furniture, merchandise, and fixtures. Ability to bend, twist, reach, and climb ladders throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate ladders and basic hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, drill, etc.). Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with excellent hand-eye coordination for up to eight hours per workday.
